The system includes an open microfocus reflection tube with target cooling, turbo vacuum pump, vacuum gauge, and electronic control unit. In support, there is a high-voltage generator with HV cable, ensuring stable and continuous power during analysis.

The package also includes: pre-vacuum pump with hose, cooling unit with hoses and fluid, hose controller, power supplies and safety relays on 19" panels, set of cables for electrical connection of the system, and case with spare parts, documentation and operating software.
