Target Types and Alignment Tools
Different targets are available including P1 and P2 panoramic targets and P3 reflection targets, which can be adapted according to the diameter and length of the application. The bottom of the reflection target visually indicates the beam direction. A target replacement and alignment tool is also included for safe and precise handling.
Technical Components and Full Equipment
The system includes microfocus tube with bar anode, target cooling, turbo pump, vacuum gauge, electronic unit, high-voltage generator, and pre-vacuum pump with hose. Cooling unit, controller, power supplies, safety relays on 19" panels, set of connecting cables, spare parts kit, documentation, and operating software complete the equipment.
