The 45MG ultrasonic thickness gauge is built to withstand extreme working conditions, thanks to its ruggedness and IP67 certification, making it fully protected against dust and water. Its safe operation is guaranteed even in explosive atmospheres, in accordance with NFPA 70 Class I, Division 2, Group D standard and tested according to MIL-STD-810G, Method 511.4, Procedure I. Designed to withstand intense stress, it has been shock-tested according to MIL-STD-810G, Method 516.5, Procedure I, with six cycles per axis and an acceleration of 15 g. In addition, vibration resistance is certified in accordance with MIL-STD-810G, Method 514.5, Procedure I, ensuring reliability even under harsh operating conditions. The meter is capable of operating over a wide temperature range and can be equipped with an optional rubber guard for added strength and stability during use.<\/p>\n <\/div>\n <\/div>\n <\/div>\n <\/div>\n

The meter supports predefined or custom configurations for single-element transducers and offers password-lock protection.
